The cleaning was okay overall. Some areas looked really nice afterward, but I did notice a few corners were still dusty. I think other customers might feel the same if they’re expecting a super detailed clean. Not bad, just not amazing.

"Pretty good wash and fold overall"
I tried their wash and fold service last week, i was happy with it. My clothes came back clean and folded neatly, so no complaints there. The pickup was a little later than I expected, which had me wondering if I should’ve scheduled for a different time or something, but maybe that was just a one-off. Overall, I’d probably use them again...

"Clothes were ready way faster than I expected"
I dropped off a few shirts and a jacket thinking I’d probably have to wait a couple days, but they had everything ready the very next day. From my experience, that kind of quick turnaround is not something you always get, so it was a really nice surprise.
Pickup was just as easy too, with no waiting around or hassle. It helped me a lot since I was getting ready for a work trip, and I’d definitely go back based on how smooth everything was.

"I brought in two pairs of pants..."
I brought in two pairs of pants and a dress to get altered, and they all turned out really nice. The length on those was right where I wanted it, and the dress fit a lot better after they took it in a bit.
It wasn’t some big complicated thing, but they did clean, solid work and had it ready when they said they would. I’d definitely go back to Concord Custom Cleaners for alterations again.

"They took good care of my delicate pieces"
I sent in a silk blouse and a light dress that made me a little nervous to let out of my hands. The blouse especially has this sentimental feel to it, and I still remember worrying it might come back stretched, faded, or just not quite the same.
But when I got everything back, both pieces were clean, soft, and still held their shape really nicely. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the pickup was a bit later than I expected, but the way they handled the fabrics really stood out to me

"I’ve only used it a little so far..."
I’ve only used it a little so far, so I’m not ready to make any grand declarations just yet. At the moment, it seems fine—nothing has gone horribly wrong, but I’m also not blown away. We’ll see how the story unfolds

"Pretty good clean for the price"
For the price, I’d say it was worth it. The place looked clean enough when they were done, and from the way everything was handled, I’m assuming they put in a decent effort. Nothing fancy, but definitely good value overall...

Tried out Concord Custom Cleaners for a few shirts and pants, they nailed it. Everything came back exactly right, no mix-ups, nothing missing, and they actually followed the notes I left. Happy with the whole thing, not gonna lie

"Item went missing, but they handled it alright"
One of my items got lost somehow, which was definitely frustrating. I’m not totally sure what happened, but they got back to me quickly and offered what seemed like a fair refund. Still kind of annoying overall, but the staff was decent about it.

Overall, it was convenient and made things feel easier for me. I liked being able to check what I needed without having to call around, because that usually stresses me out a bit. The pickup and drop-off info was easy enough to find, which made me feel more confident about the whole process. It did take me a minute to track down a few details, so it wasn’t perfect, but in the end it still saved me time and made everything feel more manageable...

I had a great experience with Concord Custom Cleaners! The staff were super friendly and professional, and they took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. "Reliable pickup and delivery every time"
I’ve been using Concord Custom Cleaners for a few months now, they’ve been really easy to count on. Their pickup and delivery is always on time, which is basically what I needed most. My clothes come back when they say they will, and there’s never any hassle or drama. It’s made dealing with laundry so much less annoying.

The customer service was more of a mixed experience. The person at the counter was polite, which I appreciated, but I ended up waiting longer than I expected and wasn’t really told what was happening. A quick update would’ve made a difference.
They did answer my questions eventually, so I wouldn’t call it a bad visit. It just felt a little unorganized overall. I might give them another shot, but I’m not exactly in a hurry...

"Booking wasn’t as smooth as others I’ve used"
The service itself was okay, but scheduling was kind of a hassle. I had trouble booking a time, then the time changed and no one really explained what was going on. Compared to other companies I’ve used, the communication just wasn’t as clear or organized.

It did make the smell better, so I’ll give it credit for that. I wouldn’t say it completely got rid of it, though. It’s okay if you just need some improvement, but don’t expect a total fix

"Super easy to deal with"
They were really easy to talk to from the beginning. They got back to me quickly, answered all my random questions, and kept me in the loop without me needing to chase them. I usually don’t like too many messages, but at the same time I really appreciated the updates because it made everything feel simple and a lot less stressful

i stopped in to drop off a few things, and it was okay overall. it wasn’t really dirty, but some areas felt kind of cluttered and a bit dusty. the counter area was fine, just not the freshest looking. service was alright, but i think the store could definitely use a better cleanup.
